How can individual counselling help me?

Individual counselling can help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in a safe and supportive space, leading to personal growth and healing.

What is EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing)

EMDR uses a set of procedures to organize your negative and positive feelings, emotions, and thoughts and then uses bilateral stimulation such as eye movements or alternating tapping as a way to help you effectively work through those disturbing memories. 

ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactive Disorder)

ADHD assessment screening is just one part of the ADHD journey.  At Wolf Willow Counselling, clients are supported using tools such as CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Talk Therapy to understand better how ADHD may be impacting their life and what they can do to manage their symptoms well.
